I received my Real Estate License in late 1972 and worked part-time for
Conch Country Real Estate in Tavernier Florida, Florida Keys until June
1973. I went into full-time Real Estate sales and managed a 280-unit
waterfront condominium Buttonwood Bay, located in Key Largo, Florida. In
1974, I opened Pell Realty located in Key Largo, Florida and opened a
branch office in Islamorada. Worked in developing a 136 space mobile home
park in Atlantic Beach Florida called John's Creek Estates Mobile Home
Park while working in commercial real estate sales with Sherrod Realty,
Inc located in Jacksonville Florida.
Having the opportunity to move back to the Florida Keys area, I managed
Freelancer Realty Office in Islamorada, in 1993 I purchased Freelancer
Office and opened my own Real Estate Company, Pell Realty, Inc. 1997 I
changed the name to Caribee Properties, Inc.
January 8, 2001, I joined Bobby Tucker with Tucker & Williams Real Estate,
now The Tucker Group, LLC. Thanks,
